Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze corporate social responsibility affect the firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. Sample of this study is Mining, Cement, and Chemical Company in Indonesia registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange which published that financial report or annual report in 2014-2016. The technique of data analysis in this study is use regression analysis and moderated regression analysis with using all company samples. The results of this study explain that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility does not affect the firm value and profitability there is no relationship between the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with firm value.
