Abstract
The research aims to analyze wheater LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and NIM simultaneously and partially have significant effect toward CAR at national private commercial bank foreign exchange go public. Sample of this reasearch is Bank Bukopin, Tbk, Bank Nasional Nobu, Tbk, and Bank Sinar Mas. Tbk. Data in this research uses secondary data collecting which is taken from financial report of national private commercial bank foreign exchange go public begin from first quarter of year 2013 until second quarter at year 2018. The technique of data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis, F test and t test.The result of the research showed that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and NIM simultaneously have significant effect toward CAR on national private commercial bank foreign exchange go public. IPR and NIM partially have positive significant toward CAR on national private commercial bank foreign exchange go public. NPL partially has negative significant effect toward CAR on national private commercial bank foreign exchange go public. APB and FBIR partially has positive unsignificant toward CAR on national private commercial bank foreign exchange go public. LDR, IRR, PDN, BOPO, ROA partially have negative unsignificant toward CAR on national private commercial bank foreign exchange go public.
