Abstract
The purpose of the research is to examine the effect of sales growth, liquidity, asset structure and dividend policy to the capital structure. The population of this study are 50 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2016 periods. The sample collection technique has been collected by using purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is multiple linear regressions and classic assumption. The result of the research shows: (1) the sales growth has no effect to the capital structure, (2) that liquidity has negative effect to the capital structure (3) asset structure has negative effet to the capital structure, and (4) the dividend policy has positive effet to the capital structure.
