Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, leverage, and company size on company performance with research object is the basic and chemical industry sector of 2012-2016 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data taken from the official site of the Indonesian stock exchange www.idx.co.id. Sample selection in this study using saturated sampling method and has determined the final sample after the elemination or outlier of 278 samples of the company during 2012-2016.Analytical technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis include classical assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test) model feasibility test (F test and R square test), and hypothesis test that is by t test.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that: 1) Managerial ownershipaffect the company's performance, 2)Institutional ownershipaffect the company's performance, 3) Leverage doesn’t affect the company's performance, 4) firm size affects the company's performance.
