Abstract
The growth of today's era has grown rapidly with the emergence of many technologies designed to facilitate all the mobility of its users. companies are competing to win market share, especially banking in the form of application that is mobile banking. This device is launched to be a solution to customers who have limited time intensity to conduct transactions whenever and wherever. The purpose of study was to assess face to face communication, perception usefulness and customers intention of using Go mobile product CIMB Niaga in Surabaya. There are 135 respondents taken from questionnaire by using purposive sampling method, data collection in the conducted by distributing questionnaires and that sample used is based on criteria. This research uses warPLS 5.0 The result of this study is indicate face to face communication has a significant influence on customer intention to use M- banking CIMB Niaga in Surabaya (Go mobile). Face to face communication has a significant effect on the perception usefulness, the perception usefulness has a significant effect on customer intention to use Mbanking CIMB Niaga in Surabaya (Go mobile) and face to face communication has the effect of intention to use through perception customers usefulness as mediating variable M- banking CIMB Niaga in Surabaya (Go mobile).
