Abstract

This research was aimed to examine empirically the effect of information content, information form, and perceived benefit on customers attitude toward BNI mobile banking in Surabaya. This analysis is used an independent variable of information relevancy, information accuracy, information timeliness, ease of use, and perceived benefit, while the dependent variable is attitude toward mobile banking. The sample of this research are BNI customers in Surabaya who use mobile banking. This research was used non probability sampling technique. Collecting data was conduct by a questionaire distributed directly to 150 respondents. To test hypotheses, this research was using AMOS 22. The result of this research showed that information accuracy, information timeliness, ease of use, and perceived benefit significantly affect attitude toward mobile banking, however information relevancy didn’t significantly affect attitude toward mobile banking. Key words: Information Relevancy, Information Accuracy, Information Timeliness, Ease of Use, Perceived Benefit, Attitude Toward Mobile Banking.
