Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of overconfidence, emotion and risk tolerance on the investment decision making. This study used purposive and convenience method. There were 114 respondents who put their funds in bank account and capital market in Surabaya. Datas taken by questionnaire and survey method. To test the hypotheses this study using multiple regression analysis. The results show that overconfidence have significant impact on the investment decision making, and emotion have negatife significant on the investment decision making, for risk tolerance do not have significant impact on investment decision making. This means to be able to invest in capital market the investor must control himself in investment decision making. Keyword: investment decision making, overconfidence, emotion, risk tolerance
