Abstract
Company in its effort to compete and survive, must perform these function well so that the target management to obtain maximum profit can be achived. Companies perform a variety of activities to maximize the use of available of working capital. This study aimed to examine the effect of working capital turnover, cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover to the profitability on textile and garment enterprises in Indonesia stock exchange. The sample in this study are 16 textile and garment companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange 2012-2016 period. The study used purposive sampling method in determining the sample and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The result of this study indicate that working capital turnover has a significant positive effect on profitability, cash turnover has no significant positive effect on profitability, receivable turnover has a significant positive effect on profitability and inventory turnover has no significant positive effect on profitability.
