Abstract

Internet banking is the media in creating by the bank as a technological information that can do banking transactions online. This research was conducted in order to find out the influence of the perceived ease of use, security and customer confidence towards the adoption of internet banking BRI in Surabaya. This research method using purpose sampling with 80 samples with the technique of data collection using the questionnaire results of this research. that security was not significant effect against the adoption of internet banking and trust also no significant effect against the adoption of internet banking.
