Abstract
The firm value reflects the assets owned by the company. One of the company's goals generally is to get maximum profit and increase the value of the company. The firm value is the investor's perception of the company associated with the stock price. This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure (KI, KM, KP), investment decisions (PER, MBVA), funding decisions (DER, DAR), dividend policy (DPR) on firm value (PBV). The subjects of this study are companies listed in the LQ 45 Index period 2012-2016. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0. The result of data analysis shows that ownership structure and dividend policy have no effect on firm value, while investment decision and funding decision have a significant positive effect to firm value. This means that appropriate and good investment decisions and funding decisions can add firm value, as indicated by the increasing value of PBV.
