Abstract
Accounting system is an important function that is the responsibility of human resource management. The company is a fast growing company in the field of services, so the development that takes place requires good supervision. It is expected that with the internal control system, the fraud on the company can be minimized, and the implementation of internal control system can improve employee performance. Therefore, the company needs to increase the role of supervision and internal control system on the issue, so that it can assist the leadership in managing all activities to fit the company's planned goals. The purpose of this research is to know the procedure of payroll and analyze the implementation of internal control system for employee payroll. The method used in this research is descriptive method, using qualitative approach. Descriptive research method is done by collecting information in actual, identify and analyze. In this study the data used by researchers derived from the documentary. The impact of this research is that companies are trying to improve the monitoring system. In addition, the company will separate between the timekeeper function and the payroll listing function. Keywords: Sallary, internal control system
