Abstract
accountant . With a controlable variable job tenure and age, whereas for Accountant sample using gender and GPA . This research using a main sample i e accountant in surabaya and a controllable sample i e undergraduate accounting students STIE Perbanas. This research methodology use a questionnaire that will be tabulated by use multiple regression analysis .Conclusion and result in this research is successful proving that idealism , of relativism , and job tenure influential on the creativity. while the age of , gender , and GPA not influential against creativity .
