Abstract
This study aims to analyze the decision-making factors of the image, interests, collective decision and the availability of employment in the accounting department of elections Perbanas Surabaya as well as expected this study can be used as input for interested parties. The sample used was taken from the student accounting department Perbanas force 2011. Questionnaire which can be processed as many as 435 copies of 465 total questionnaire in scatterplot. Data obtained with the spread kuisoner from class to class, deployment questionnaire survey conducted in person or researcher went directly to the respondent to ensure that the questionnaire is received directly. Statistical method used is factor analysis. The results of the study menunjukkna image factors, interests, collective decision, the availability of employment decisions affecting accounting majors in Surabaya Perbanas and found a new variable is a variable service and facilities. Keywords: Image, interests, collective decision, full employment, the decision to choose majors.
