Abstract
In this modern era, the culinary business in big cities has grown with tight competition. Past experience, and word of mouth has a very important role that influencing the brand trust. This study has a purpose for knowing the infuence of the past experience,and word of mouth toward brand trust in Solaria restaurant. And this study is been doing in Surabaya, where the consumers from Solaria restaurant has been used as a population for the research . This research is using a questionnaire the instrument for the research, and has been spread for a hundred people to fullfill the criteria as a respondent. The statistic methods that used in this research is regression analysis for knowing the influence of independent variables on dependent variable. The results of this study are the past experience and word of mouth has a significant influences on the brand trust. This study also proves that the past experience and the word of mouth has a very importants role to the brand trust an the consumers at Solaria restaurant in Surabaya.
