Abstract
This research intended to analyzes and gain proof on influences of easiness perception, service features, risk and using trust on ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) utilization for CIMB Niaga Bank customers. Result of this research hoped can be give contribution for banks especially CIMB Niaga Bank in order to provide faster service and easiness for its customers. Sample that used in this research are students of STIE Perbanas Surabaya majoring Accounting, period 2012-2014 who using ATM of CIMB Niaga Bank. Data that used in this research is primary data, and data collection done using directly questionnaire with judgment sampling method. The result of this research show that easiness perception did not have significant effect on ATM utilization, while service features, risk and trust are have significant effect on ATM utilization. Based on this research can be concluded that from three independent variables that are easiness perception, service features, risk and using trust have significant with ATM utilization are service features, risk and trust.
