Abstract
This research aims to analyze the factors which influence the willingness to pay taxes people private in Sidoarjo. This research consists of three independent variables and the dependent variable one. The independent variable in this study is taxation knowledge, awareness of paying taxes and the perception of the effectiveness of the tax system. While the dependent variable in this study is the willingness to pay taxes. The sampling techniques used in this research are probability sampling. The analysis of research data using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the research indicates that the variable taxation knowledge and perception of the effectiveness of the tax system effect significantly to willingness to pay taxes, while paying taxes consciousness variable have no effect significantly to willingness to pay taxes.
