Abstract
The capital market is one of the main alternative of the economy of a country, including Indonesia. Capital markets for the company are an alternative collector of funds at low cost in addition to the appeal of the liquidity aspect.The sample in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2012-2015 that has been selected through the sampling criteria. Total sample in this study of 60 manufacturing companies. Techniques used in the sampling in this research is purposive sampling technique. data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are Earning per share positive and significant impact on stock prices, the liquidity ratio (current ratio) is not positive and significant effect on stock prices, profitability ratios (return on assets) is not positive and significant effect on stock prices.
