Abstract
The researchaims to know the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, and reward system of the employess performance. Samples used are employess of the branches BRI in Gresik. Independent variable used is the work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational recognition of the performance. The selected sample were processed using a purposive sampling method by spreading a questionnaire respondents 50 while returning only 30 questionnaire is then processed using SPSS for windows help. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Result of a study on this research show that work motivation and job satisfaction is not significantly but reward system of the performance is significantly to the performance on employee performance. Keyword: performance of employees, work motivation, job satisfaction, and reward system.
