Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, dividend policy, and managerial ownership on firm value in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Independent variables was used in this research are capital structure, dividend policy, and managerial ownership, while the dependent variables is firm value. Samples of this research are manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2012-2014. Sample were selected by using purposive sampling method and 66 manufacturing companies were able to fulfill the criteria that used as a sample. The research data was analyzed using multiple linier regression. The results of regression analysis that capital structure and managerial ownership has an effect on firm value, while the dividend policy has no effect on firm value.
