Abstract
One of the company goal to increases company profit is holding the old customers to always buy or loyal to the brand. To make loyalty cons umers with a brand it s necessary to instill a sense of satisfaction and trust in a brand by knowledge about the product. Th is study is to know how knowledge consumers, customer satisfaction, brand trust affects brand loyalty Acer laptop in Surabaya. This research method using quantitative methods. To conduct this research, the data collection method using questionnaires of 82 respondents. Path analysis used in this research to analyze the data statistically. The results showed that influence consumer knowledge to brand loyalty laptop Acer through brand trust and customer satisfaction.
