Abstract
Customer’s satisfaction on some products or services could be affected by several things. People judge the products or services by their servi ces or any other factors that would be impact to consumer’s satisfaction. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of of price, product quality and services quality on customer’s satisfaction of KFC in Surabaya. A sample number of 105 responde nts and the data were collected by questionnaires. From the analysis using multiple regression analysis, the results achieved that price has negative significant effect on customer’s satisfaction of KFC in Surabaya, product quality has positive significant effect on customer’s satisfaction of KFC in Surabaya and services quality also has positive significant effect on customer’s satisfaction of KFC in Surabaya.
