Abstract
Return On Asset (ROA) is a comparation ratio profit before tax and asset that measures the ability of banks to earn profits. In theory ROA are influenced by financial performance, such as liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity, efficiency, and solvability. This research aims to analyze whether LDR, IPR, APN, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, FACR, and PR simultaneously and partially have significant effect toward ROA of Regional Development Bank. Sample in this research is BPD Sumatera Barat, BPD Bali, BPD Riau an d Kepulauan Riau, and BPD Aceh. This research used secondary data obtained publication financial report of the regional development bank in Otoritas Jasa Keuang an, during the period first quarter of 2011 until second quarter 2016. Analysis method is multiple regession analysis. The result of the research showed that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, FACR, and PR simultaneously have significant effect toward RO A of Regional Development Bank. This researh also found that BOPO partially has negative significant effect, while FBIR partially has positive significant effect toward ROA of Regional Development Banks. LDR, IPR, and NPL have negative unsignificant effect toward ROA of Regional Development Banks. APB, IRR, FACR, and PR have positive unsignificant effect toward ROA of Regional Development Banks.
