Abstract
The purpose of research was to determine whether the LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR has a significant influence either simultaneously or partially. This study used popula tion at the Regional Development Banks. Data used was secondary data which is taken from financial report of Regional Development Banks start from first quarter periode of 2012 until second quarter periode of 2016. Methods of data collection used the metho d of documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this story showed that the LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO to FBIR for ROA on Regional Development Banks together have a significant effect. Partially LDR and IRR has a positive effect significant, partially IPR and FBIR have a positive effect but not significant, NPL has negative effect significant, APB, PDN and BOPO have positif effect not significant. Among the ten independent variables that contribute the most d ominant on ROA was IRR of 13,7 per cent higher when compared with the other independent decision variables.
