Abstract
The primary purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of ease of use, usefulness, security, convenience, and credibility on internet banking adoption of BNI customer in Surabaya. Theoretical framework used for this study has been adopted from Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with five independent variabel. This study use 122 customers of BNI’s internet banking as respondents. Data was collected by survey method through questionnaire distribution. Multiple regression analyzed was used to test hypotheses. The result show that perceived ease of use, usefulness, convenience, and credibility have positively effect on internet banking adoption. Otherwise security has negatively effect intenet banking adoption. Furthermore, this research adds a new component by studying the effect of all the independents factors together and identifies a positive relationship between them on internet banking adoption.
