Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine wh ether the motivation, perception, knowledge and attitudes have a partially significant effect on the decision of Bank BRI ’s customers. Th e population of this study are customers in BRI Bank Bojonegoro who use KUR. The sample use s 100 respondents w hich w ere selected based on the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Data were analyzed using analysis of Validity, Reliability Test, Descriptive, C lassical Assumption Test, Linear and T test using SPSS 20 as analytical tool. Based on the calculations and the results of partial hypothesis , motivation known to have a significant positive effect , perception has a significant positive effect, Knowledge h as significant negative effect and attitude has a not significant positive effect .
