Abstract
The company was builded to maximixing the wealth of their owner or their stokeholders. So many company that have maximum purpose on company value and can make the investor want to invest in the company. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of some variables such as Firm Size, Leverage, Growth of Sales, and Profitability effect to Firm Value on companies that listed in LQ45 index. This research was using 2012-2015 as the period of observation. Purposive sampling method was used in sampling and 34 companies were used as sample. Data analysis methode used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of study indicated the Firm Size have no significant effect on Firm Value, Leverage have significant positive effect on Firm Value, Growth of Sales have no significant effect on Firm Value, and Profitability have significant positive effect on Firm Value.
