Abstract
The appeal for investors depending on the high or low of firm value. In order to achieve a high value of the company, the company needs to have a performance that focuses on internal and external factors, thus creating higher profits for the company. This study aims to determine the effect of the management company measured by Good Corporate Governance and the return on assets on corporate value by moderating of the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure in Mining company. The sample was 24 mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2011 to 2015. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis and Moderate Regression Analysis. The results is institutional ownership and return on assets have a significant affect on firm value. The audit committee and the independent board does not affect the value of the company. CSR Disclosure is able to moderate the institutional ownership on firm value. CSR Disclosure is not able to moderate the audit committee, independent board and return on assets to the value of mining companies.
