Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on the quality culture and financial report. This is a quantitative research with the sample consisting of 36 bank companies out of 94 bank companies listed on Bank Indonesia. The sample was taken by using census method. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results obtained from the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that only quality effectivity and maintaining and monitoring process has significant effect on quality culture, meanwhile variables that affect financial report significantly are quality commitment and maintaining and monitoring process. simultaneously have a significant effect on trading volume activity. Key words : Total Quality Management, TQM, quality culture, financial reporting
