Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) of the Cultural Quality and Financial Performance. The variables are Quality Commitment, Employee Involvement, Customer Focus, Based Fact Management , Control and Monitoring Process, Orientation Continuous improvement, Effectiveness of Incentives Quality, Performance Product Design, Quality Management process, a culture of quality and financial performance. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 60 manufacturing companies located in the region Surabaya Rungkut Industry. Sample determined by random sampling method. The method of analysis is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on these results, we can conclude that the employee involvement variables that significantly influence Quality Culture. variable commitment to quality, customer focus, a fact-based Management, Quality Incentive Effectiveness and Orientation Continuous improvement is a significant effect on financial performance. Key words : Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Quality Culture, and Financial Performance
