Abstract
This research aims to test Return On Asset (ROA), Current Ratio, Firm Size, and Asset Growth variables to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in company of SOEs’ which has been registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. It also focuses on analyzing influences from the variables to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The method that the researcher uses to choose sample is Purposive Sampling method. While, data is taken from Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) publications in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and also IDX Static. Sample in this research consists of 13 companies of 20 SOEs’ company which has been registered in IDX. Data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The result of this research shows that Return On Asset (ROA), Current Ratio, Asset Growth do affect Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), while Firm Size does not affect Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).
