Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of variable that affect the capital structure consisting of variable asset structure, company size, liquidity, and profitability on capital structure of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in study period 2012-2015, in order to obtain a sample 38 companies. The sample was selected through purposive sampling and methods of analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded asset stucture and company size have positive and significant impact on the capital structure. Liquidity have negative and significant impact on the capital structure. While the profitability is not significant impact on the capital structure.
