Abstract
The study aimed to determine the ability of financial ration and non financial in bond ratings on industry transportation companies. Financial ratio in this study is the profitability, and liquidity. Profitability in this study was measured using the formula Return On Asset (ROA), and liquidity in this study was measured by the formula Current Ratio. Non financial in this study is size, growth, maturity, and guarantees. Size in this study was measured with logarithm sales, growth in this study was measured with sales growth, maturity and guarantees in this study was measured same with dummy. The sample in the reseacrh is industry transportation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period from 2011 until 2015 and assmed by PT. Pefindo. The reseacrh sampel was selected by using puprosive sampling method. There are 8 samples used in the study of 36 companies were acquired. This study using logistic regression analysis test tools. Based on the result of logistic regression analysis with significance level was 5% has proved is liquidity have influence significant bond rating, and profitability, size, growth, maturity, and guarantess have not influence significant bond rating.
