Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, brand trust and word of mouth on purchasing decisions samsung smartphone in Surabaya. population and sample in this study is a Samsung smartphone users and buyers in Surabaya. there are 74 samples with purposive sampling method. data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. T test results of this study stated that: 1) The quality of products significantly influence purchasing decisions. 2) Confidence in the brand significantly influence purchasing decisions. 3) The word of mouth have significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keyword: Product Quality, Brand Trust, Word of mouth and Purchasing Decisions.
