Abstract
The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence that knowledge of ease, benefits and credibility significantly influence the adoption of internet banking CIMB Niaga in Surabaya. This study uses primary data. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Population and samples used in this study were 102 customers of CIMB Niaga in Surabaya. Method of selecting samples of this research is to use judgment sampling method. Data analysis using SPSS and regression analysis and statistical analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that the perception of ease, benefits and positive significant effect on the credibility of internet banking CIMB Niaga in Surabaya.
