Abstract

Growth and economic development today cause business competition becomes more intense, especially in the field of banking. Not a few new banks have sprung up to offer a wide range of products are highly variable. Every bank tried to make products that can attract customers. Selection of bank products by customers is often based more on the aspect of information about the benefits to be obtained. general information about the bank's products are supplied in a balanced way banks do not explain the benefits, risks and costs inherent in a bank product . However, the negative impact of the closure of the bank in its product offering is the customer will feel cheated when a problem occurs when the product is used and result in a decrease in the bank's reputation in the eyes of customers and the general public. The continued development of banking products and services, the customer is required to better understand the advantages and disadvantages of the products offered by the bank. for the rights and interests of customers, Bank Indonesia issued Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 7/6 / PBI / 2005 concerning Transparency in Bank Product Information and Use of Customer Personal bank. Based on the above observations, the goal here is to know the implementation of iB wadiah savings with regard to the principles of transparency products at Bank Syariah Branch Surabaya East Java. Observation method used is the method of interviews, secondary data, and literature. The observation that has been made, Bank Syariah Branch Surabaya East Java do everything possible to implement the principles of transparency and its products primarily iB savings benefits and risks in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 7/6 / PBI / 2005. Barriers that occur in this implementation is of the client character antipathy toward the inherent costs and any customer complaints about lack of transparency of the product. Then the solution of the bank is to provide excellent service to our customers and do apologize and request an explanation with good about things complained.
