Abstract
The Value of the firm is a profit in the future, in the expectation that calculated back with the appropriate interest rate. The study aimed to examine the effect of financial leverage, liquidity, profitability, and dividend policy on manufacturing enterprise value, the sample in this study is 14 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013. This study using purposive sampling method in determine the sample, and using multiple linier regression analysis to test the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Research result shows that leverage has significant effect on the value of the firm, the liquidity effect significant positive on firm value, profitability significant positive effect to firm value, and dividend policy significantly influence the value of the firm.
