Abstract
Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam. Hajj is the annual ritual form for the Muslims who are able to materially, physically, and scientific with a visit to several places in Saudi Arabia and implement several activities at one time has been determined that in Dhu al-Hijjah. From the definition of the hajj savings are needed to help implement one of the pillars of Islam for Muslims is Hajj. With the savings bank pilgrimage in Bank BRI Syariah Branch, Rungkut Surabaya determination you greet and meet the divine call to the holy land of Mecca Al Mukaromah more stable. Savings Hajj also provides convenience and secure feeling in the heart in pilgrimage. The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of the Hajj savings and implement work practices directly in Bank BRI Syariah Branch, Rungkut Surabaya. Results of this study was to determine the implementation of the Hajj savings, the problems that occurred during the execution of Hajj savings and how to cope in the face of problems at the Bank BRI Syariah Branch, Rungkut Surabaya.
