Abstract
Value of the firm is related to the stock price, it shows the value that investors are willing to pay. To increase the stock price, the firm should make good decisions related to capital structure, profitability and growth of sales. This study aimed to examine the effect of capital structture, profitability, and growth of sales to the value of go public property and real estate company. The sample in this study are 37 property and real esate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014 period .This study used purposive sampling method in determining the sample and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable.The result of this study indicated that capital structure are measured by Debt To Equity Ratio significant positive effect to the firm value. Profitability measured by Return On Equity and Return On asset insignificant positive to the firm value, and growth of sales are measured by g significant negative effect to the firm value.
