Abstract
The company has an obligation to maintain the financial aspect, but also should pay attention for social aspect (social responbility) and a corporate governance (legal responsibilty). PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. is the first state-owned company as go public company that implement and do the CSR. PT. Semen Gresik CSR policy is consist of three pillar, Economics, Environment, and Social. To determine the impact of CSR environmental programs and partnership arround PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk., these research conducted interviews and observation to obtain data which required for answer the purpose of this study. CSR activities have big influence for Merakurak society, based from interviews with the society they’re feeling so happy for PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. CSR activities.
