Abstract
Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) is a unit of Echelon I in the Ministry of Finance which has the task to formulate and implement policies and technical standarization in the sector of State Property, State Receviable and Auction in accordance with the policies established by the Minister of Finance and based on the legislation of force. DJKN has 17 Regional Office throughout Indonesia. Kantor Wilayah DJKN Jawa Timur an echelon units under the Direktorat Jenderal Kekayan Negara Jawa Timur has to carry out the duties abd function of coordination, technical guidance, control, evaluation and implementation of task in the sector of management of state assets, valuation, management of state receviable and auction services. In a sector in Kantor Wilayah DJKN Jawa Timur is in charge of implementing the provision of technical, assintance , monitoring, evaluation and implementation of the use, utilization, security and maintance, removal, transfer, adminitration and accounting, construction supervision, and control in the sector of wealthof the country, as well as coordinating state property and Auction) in the Regional Office. Pengelolaan Kekayaan Negara sector present state asset management function in authorized as an asset manager, in implementing these workers use application and Accounting Management Information System State Assets, which that are interconnected to proces source doucments in order to produce information for the preperation of balance sheets and statements of state property and other managerial reports according to applicable regulation. Material Management and Accounting Information System used by the staff or employee who are within its scope as part or unit responsible for labor or equipment section / household to prepare a report of state property in the contetxt of the preperation of the financial statement of ministries / agencies. The output form the use of this application is as a power user accountability of State Property to the goverment or the accounting unit on it, the result can be a report of Goods, Good Books, Journal Articles, Position of Sttae in the Balance Sheet and various control card are required.
