Abstract
This research explain about the effect of internal factors, there are emotion and mental accounting on the risk perception and risk attitude. The samples was selected from investors in Surabaya and Sidoarjo who invested in financial assets, real assets and banking assets. The data were collected by questionnaires. The questionnaires of survey were distributed to 100 respondence in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The analysis was done with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Overall, this research found that emotion and mental accounting has not significant effect on the risk perception and risk attitude, but there is significant effect between risk perception and risk attitude.
