Abstract
In this study to examine effect of good corporate governance on firm value consumer goods industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples of this research there are 36 companies in the period 2012-2014. This research using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this research indicate that institutional ownership and audit committee is not significant positive effect on firm value, while ownership managerial and proportion of independent board significant positive effect on the value of the company. Key words : firm value, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioner, audit committee.
