Abstract
This research is aimed to determine and to analyze the effect of financial variables that consist of the amount of the company (size), Return On Equity (ROE), financial leverage and non financial variables that consist of reputation underwriter and the age of the company effect on underpricing of company stock doing Initial public offering (IPO) in indonesia stocks exchange (January 2009 to December 2014). The analysis method that is used multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this research is 93 companies. The result of this research is underwriter reputation, firm age, the amount of the company (size), Return On Equity (ROE), financial leverage with significancy (a = 5%), simultaneously effect on underpricing. Partially, only the amount of the company (size) that significantly and negatively. Related to reputation underwrriter, age of firm, Return On Equity (ROE), financial leverage didn’t significantly effect on underpricing of company stock doing Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesia Stocks Exchange (January 2009 to December 2014).
