Abstract
This research was done at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya in society service Surabaya, PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya has been making business plan, financial projection is one of the results of the business plan, but there are many badness in its implementation because of their limitations, as government-owned businesses giving serves for public, the PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya should improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing management functions within the organization. The purpose researcher do this research for knowing the effectiveness of the financial projection. The research used a qualitative approach, data collection is done by interviews and doing documentation upon projection data and realization of financial statements (profit and loss) of the company in 2010-2011, and then quantitatively analyzed and interpreted descriptively. The Conclusion of the research are: (1) The income statement of financial projection in 2010 is generally included in the effective category.
