Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and ROE simultaneously and partially influence the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR).This research explains how the independent variables cause significant influence on the dependent variable or not . Population bank used is the Regional Development Banks, while research subjects sample used is BPD Papua, BPD Riau Kepulauan Riau, BPD Sumatera Utara and techniques used in this study is the linear regression . The results of this research indicate that the LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and ROE simultaneously have a significant influence on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the variables that significantly influence the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is IPR and APB, while the other variables are LDR, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and ROE have not significant effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). And the final result most dominant variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is IPR. Keywords: regional development banks, liquidity, asset quality, efficiency, and profitability.
