Abstract
Issues to be resolved in this study is the importance of the company's financial statements to be analyzed, so that the results of the analysis can know the financial condition and performance of the company, as well as its business development from year to year. During its development, the financial statements beneficial to both internal and external parties. In analyzing the financial statements of PDAM Delta Tirta Sidoarjo, the author uses the method of approach to financial ratios based on the financial statements comprising the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement period of 2012, and 2013. The ratio analysis includes three aspects, namely, the financial aspects, operational aspects , and administrative aspects.The results of the analysis indicate that the financial aspects of the company's financial performance is increasing, it indicates the company's ability to increase profits, reduce costs, optimize investment, optimizing liquidity ratios, and the effectiveness of the collection of accounts receivable. Judging from the operational aspects also show that the company's financial performance can be said to be increased, this was due to an increase in the speed of the new installation standards, improved continuity of water flow to the customer in order to reach the ideal conditions for 24 hours per day at the customer connection. The results of the administrative aspects of the analysis, the company has increased from 2012 until 2013. keywords: financial aspects, operational aspects, administrative aspects
