Abstract
The purpose of this study was to discover the factors that determine satisfaction S1 accounting students to access student information system in STIE Perbanas Surabaya and hopefully the results can be useful for anyone concerned. This study uses primary data and samples taken from S1 accounting students Perbanas Surabaya who take subjects design analysis systems. Questionnaires can be used is 17 copies of a total of 20 copies that have been spread. The data is achieved by distributing questionnaires to survey respondents researcher personally or directly visit to ensure that the questionnaire was given. Data selection method for this study using purposive sampling. This study also uses the analysis of the description. The results of this study showed that the content , accuracy, timeliness, ease of use and security and privacy factor has to meet user satisfaction, while formats and speed of platforms response is less bring satisfaction S1 accounting students to use the student information system in STIE Perbanas Surabaya.
