Abstract
This research was conductedby means ofthe methodauthorinterviews, observationanddocumentation. Analysis ofthe data usedis descriptive method. Descriptivemethod todescribethestate ofthe object under studywithinthe companybased onthe factsby conductingthe interviewmethodonthecompany's employees, then the data isdrawnconclusions. Results from this study is that the murabahah financing bank as the seller and the customer as a buyer. Murabahah should be free of usury because the contract does not give priority to the interest income. Murabahah payment system in installments and the installment is fixed until the time period prescribed in accordance with the initial agreement. Bank will finance part of the purchase of goods that are mainly for the purchase of investment as well as purchase a car, purchase of building materials for the construction of a place of business or residence. So also for the purchase of capital goods that are working with a maximum of 80% of the provision of working capital required. Before performing the murabaha contract the bank as the seller must provide the goods that will be requested by the customer as the purchaser. the price of the goods obtained from the purchase price added profit margin agreed by both parties.
