Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce, accounting information systems, business capital readiness, and human resource quality on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to MSME owners or managers in Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique utilized is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that e-commerce does not affect MSME performance. Accounting information Systems have a positive effect on MSME performance. These findings demonstrate that the implementation of accounting information systems and the improvement of human resource quality play a role in supporting MSME performance, whereas the use of e-commerce and business capital readiness have not shown a significant influence on MSME performance in this study. eadiness does not affect MSME performance. Meanwhile, human resource quality has a positive effect on MSME performance.
