Abstract
This study was motivated by the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Marketplace division at PT Sumber Intra Makmur. This issue is significant because the lack of clear operational guidelines can lead to inconsistent work processes and obstacles in Marketplace management. The study aims to develop SOPs that support the smooth operation of the Marketplace at PT Sumber Intra Makmur. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was employed. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and documentation regarding the company's Marketplace operations. The study resulted in the formulation of SOPs that provide systematic work guidelines for Marketplace activities, covering order management, order data entry, inventory management, product shipping, and customer complaint handling. With these SOPs, Marketplace operations at PT. Sumber Intra Makmur can achieve clearer, more focused, and consistent work standards.
